I am a Peruvian chef committed to bringing authentic Peruvian cuisine to the City of Music. Each one of us brings different roots from Peru with unique flavors.
All our dishes are made to order inside our red food trailer, they are prepared with genuine Peruvian ingredients, with the highest standards of quality, respect and passion.
